Brett Ari Fischer is a co-founder of Mantus Real Estate and the Senior Managing Director of Sales, specializing in a broad spectrum of NYC real estate transactions, ranging from $350,000 to $23 million. Renowned for his exceptional work ethic and outstanding communication skills, Brett has a distinguished track record of success. His expertise has led to multiple appearances on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. Alongside his business partner, Brett represents over 400 exclusive apartments.
With extensive knowledge in luxury sales and rentals across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, Brett is a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Buyer Representative. His vast experience and extensive network of industry contacts provide his loyal clientele with all necessary resources, whether they are buying, selling, or renting a home.
While Brett’s passion for real estate is evident, he prioritizes family and community service. He founded The AllPie Alzheimer’s Challenge, an initiative aiming to raise $18 million for the Alzheimer’s Association and increase awareness of the disease globally. Brett’s philanthropic efforts have earned him the Young Leadership Award from B’nai B’rith International for his contributions to the Jewish community. Open to various charitable collaborations, Brett also creates real estate tutorials and animations for his clients, covering topics such as purchasing and renting apartments, and elucidating the complexities of NYC real estate. He also owns a video production and graphic design team, and conducts tours with homeowners, restaurants, bars, shops, sports fans, and other fellow entrepreneurs.

What Are The First Steps If I Decide To Work With You?
If you are looking to buy or rent an apartment, we will have an intro call with you to get a little more information regarding what you are hoping to accomplish. We will then send you a questionnaire to fill out. We will then send listings after it is completed and if both parties think the other would be a good match.
If you are looking to sell your property (condo, co-op, townhouse, multi-family, etc.), lease your apartment out or find a property manager, we will view your property(s) and conduct a market valuation. Once this occurs, we will ask you a series of questions to see if our goals align with yours.
If you are looking for retail or office space, we will have an intro call with you to get a little more information regarding what you are hoping to accomplish. We will then send you a questionnaire to fill out to ensure we are on the same page as one another. After reviewing the filled out document, we will be able to give you much greater detail regarding how the process works going forward.

There are many different components that make up residential real estate. We have broken it down into four main categories:
Rentals: You may need assistance finding a 1- or 2-year lease. Sometimes you can find options without fees and other times you may have to pay a broker fee to get the apartment. It varies greatly and we can break down the process of how everything works. If you are looking to have someone rent out your apartment, we have lots of experience with that as well, as we rent out over 100 exclusive rentals a year.
Sales: Buying an apartment can be a very complex and timely process. With our buyer questionnaire and buyer guide that help you ease into the process, it will make you much more prepared for what the market dictates and we will explain every step in great detail. If selling your apartment, we provide the highest quality of photos, virtual staging, a website, and a detailed strategy showing the best way to market and sell your home at the highest possible price with the best possible terms.
Lease breaks: If looking to get out of your lease, we have strong relationships with different landlords and management and can assist with the best way to handle the situation. Also, we can help find someone to take over the lease depending on the management’s policies.
Furnished Apartments: Some people are only looking to stay in an apartment for 1-2 months at a time, as opposed to an entire year or two. We can put you in touch with the best-furnished apartment companies in NYC at no cost to you!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
There are many different components that makeup property management. We have broken it down into four main categories based on our expertise:
Collecting Rent: This isn’t a job for everyone. If you’re a one-person operation, this can get pretty tedious if you don’t have a solid system already in place. We have a lot of experience in making sure tenants pay and making your life easier by simply getting the money directly from us instead of having to hassle the tenant.
Handling Building Maintenance: If you don’t have a super or a handy person that is responsible for your buildings, this can be an absolute nightmare. Tenants may call you in the middle of the night or send you non-stop emails every day. We can ensure the proper people are hired so they handle the things you never want to have to worry about.
Leasing Apartments: There are many landlords or building managers who don’t want to have to worry about leasing their own apartments. They often outsource it or struggle to rent it on their own. We’ve leased thousands of apartments to different landlords and will do our best to ensure you get the highest rental price based on the market.
Coordinating Renewals: If this isn’t handled properly, you can lose out on a significant amount of money. Instead of having someone pay a similar or higher rent, they might leave, you have to pay to clean everything out, and the apartment could sit empty until you find someone to take over. That’s a lot of wasted money. We deal with coordinating renewals on a weekly basis and can explain the most efficient way to renew leases while still capitalizing on the market.
