With the consent of the referred party, our system shares all listings, appointments, and general information with you. You will be informed of the progress, any offers made, properties viewed, and comments regarding them. This transparency helps build trust and excitement about our partnership.
We have broken down the referral process into four main categories:
New York City (Referred By Non-Brokers)
If you are not a licensed professional in the real estate industry but have a friend, family member, or associate looking for an agent in the NYC area, we can assist you. Regardless of where you live, as long as the potential client is in the NYC market, we will guide you through the process, provide a projected timeline, and answer any questions you or your referred party may have. New York City’s real estate market is intricate and unique, and our goal is to ensure you are in the best hands. We also offer our Referral Team Share Program for maximum transparency throughout the transaction.
New York City (Referred By Brokers)
If you are a real estate agent, broker, or Realtor anywhere in the country, we would be delighted to serve your client who needs a real estate agent in the NYC market. We offer our Referral Team Share Program and very competitive referral fees.
New York City (Collaboration With Another Broker)
If you are a licensed real estate agent in New York State and have a listing that you would like to co-list with us in the NYC area, whether it’s a residential or commercial rental or sale, please contact us to discuss various strategies.
Outside of New York City (Referred By Non-Brokers or Self-Search)
